Cuba City, Wisconsin Addison Jane Laack, daughter of Justin & Stacey (Lolwing) Laack, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2011, at Southwest Health Center in Platteville due to premature birth complications. A private graveside memorial gathering of family will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2011, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cuba City, with Rev. Bernard Rott of Holy Ghost Church in Dickeyville officiating. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Addison Jane is survived by her parents, Justin and Stacey, of Cuba City; her sister, Cameron, at home; her grandparents, LeRoy and Molly Laack, of Cuba City, and Joe and Annette Lolwing, of Lancaster; her great-grandparents, John and Arlene (Wieland) Roesch, of Lancaster, and LaVerne Lolwing, of Lancaster. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Butch Laack, Ron and Rea Laack, Teresa Laack, and Brandon and Jennifer (Lolwing) Clark. She will also be missed by many cousins, great-aunts, and great-uncles. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Archie and Vernie Worthington, William and Ruth Laack, LeRoy Wieland, and Joyce Lolwing.
