Adams, 78, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, passed from the loving arms of her family into the arms of God, after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, June 13, 2016, at home. Ann was born on June 30, 1937, in Five Points, Iowa, the daughter of George G. and Christina B. (Stoffel) Gansemer. She married Jerome G. Adams on April 23, 1960, at St. Philomena Church in Belmont. Together they managed the family farm for many years. Ann was a loving wife and dedicated mother who brought into the world ten amazing children that were blessed by her unwavering love and care. She easily found room to add another string in her strong growing heart for each new treasured grandchild that came along, need we say more. A friend to many, always ready to listen and share a kind word or helping hand. The daughter of a farmer deeply rooted in faith and the earth, she would live no other way or no place beside the family farm. Farm life was her way, to care for the animals and crops, with extra care of horses, dogs and the many stray cats that came to call her barn a home. Her vegetable gardens brought a bountiful supply of food for many a tasty family meal. The flowers she nurtured would bring forth butterflies of all kinds to feed on the sweet nectar of each bloom. She enjoyed canning, baking bread, doing crossword puzzles and playing cards. She loved to visit and take in the beauty of the Midwest and West of this great land we all call home. Ann looked forward to the weekly Friday night gatherings with her family. She has been taken too soon from us all. Everyone that knew her will miss her presence, but she will live on in each of our shared experiences and memories. Survivors include her husband, Jerome; her children, Jerome (Kimberly) Adams, of Waterford, Vickie (John) Mowry, of Benton, Rodney (Sandy) Adams, Shelley (Tom) Richards, Jodie (Paul) Carey, Bradley (Farah) Adams and Patrick (Kimberly) Adams, all of Cuba City, Peggy (Bob) Kruser, of Hazel Green, Kimberly (Chris) Loeffelholz and Todd (Angie) Adams, both of Cuba City; and her grandchildren, Jerad, Ashley, Zachary, Amanda, Brandon, Jamey, Benjamin, Katelyn, Kelsey, Jacob, Mariah, Kaden, Avari, Devin, Jenna, Brittney, Megan, Daniel, Andrew, Landon, Ethan, Trevor, Derek and Ian.
