Anna M. Monahan, 75, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 23, 2023, at Leadmine Primitive Methodist Church, Leadmine, Wisconsin, with Rev. Bill Vasey officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is assisting the family.

Anna was born on July 30, 1948, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Donald and Dorothy (Sheffer) Voss. She was united in marriage to Joseph Monahan on June 3, 1971. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2009.

Anna is survived by her children, Dennis (Annette) Monahan, West Bend, WI, Sarah Bourland and Lisa (Jerry) Anthony, both of Cuba City, WI; her mother, Dorothy Schroeder-Voss, Hazel Green, WI; a brother, Timothy Voss, Shullsburg, WI; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her father; a sister, Sandra Goecks; and a granddaughter, Megan Molzof.

In lieu of flowers, an Anna M. Monahan Memorial Fund has been established. Memorials may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
