Betty M. Conlon

Cuba City, WI Betty M. Conlon, 87, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Thursday, June 28, 2018, at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2018, at the United Methodist Church in Cuba City with Pastor Hee Kwon Jung officiating. Burial will be in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Cuba City. Friends may call from 3-6 p.m. Sunday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Friends may also call from 9-10:15 a.m. Monday at the church before the service. Betty was born on July 27, 1930, in Cuba City, Wisconsin, the daughter of Dale and Lucille (Carr) Seeley. She married Francis C. "Fran" Conlon on July 31, 1948, in Cuba City. He preceded her in death on December 24, 2010. Betty worked for many years at Sentry Foods in Cuba City. Betty and Fran had a mutual and devoted love for each other, always sharing life as a couple. Family was number one. They found pure delight in each one of their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They also enjoyed many years of Lions Club functions, including pin collecting. Bowling was a favorite activity for her, as well as staying fit with her daily three mile walks. She had an often spoken theory on life - "Oh well, there's always tomorrow. And if there isn't, I guess it doesn't matter." We've all lost a piece of our heart, but we know there's one happy reunion in heaven. Love you Gram! Survivors include two daughters, Nancy (Jim) Kramer, of Lancaster, and Sue (Tom) Kramer, of Cuba City; three grandchildren, Jodi Fritz, Kandi (John) Resnick and Stacy (Terry) Terpstra; and nine great-grandchildren, Kirsten (Mundo) Cadena, Katie Fritz, Haley, Thomas and Faith Resnick, and Mati, Paige, Michael and Brooke Terpstra. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Lucille Seeley. A Betty M. Conlon Memorial Fund has been established.
