New Diggings, Wisconsin Bonita A. “Bonnie” Mueller, 63, of New Diggings, Wisconsin, met with our Lord on Saturday, September 17, 2011, at home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at the Primitive Methodist Church in New Diggings with Pastor Ronald Fladseth officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Monday at Casey Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Benton. Bonnie was born on November 15, 1947, in Lancaster, Wisconsin, the daughter of LeRoy and Alberta (Morse) Sweeney Sr. She married Marlin Mueller on May 24, 1980. Bonnie was an active member of the New Diggings Primitive Methodist Church and enjoyed volunteering at the Benton Bible Church Thrift Shop. She loved to garden, sew and dance. The times most dear to her heart were those spent with her loving husband and family. Survivors include her husband, Marlin; a daughter, Melody (Eric) Husemann, of New Diggings; two sons, Robert Watters, of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, and Adam (Chris) Watters, of Boscobel, Wisconsin; a daughter-in-law, Dana Watters, of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin; a brother, LeRroy “Butch” (Liz) Sweeney, of East Dubuque, Illinois; an uncle, Clifford (Carol) Morse, of Whitehall, Michigan; two aunts, Vivian Bottoni, of Brookfield, Wisconsin, and Zelma (Gene) Matthews, of Mission, Texas; her lifelong friends, Sandy Aurit (the sister of her heart), and Butch Hammill; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Russ Watters. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Southwest Health Center Hospice.
