Dorothy M. Voss, 98, of Leadmine, Wisconsin, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025. There will be no funeral services. Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cuba City, Wisconsin, is assisting the family.

Dorothy was born on February 14, 1926, in Benton, Wisconsin, the daughter of Clyde and Idabell (Nolte) Sheffer. She was united in marriage to Donald Voss and they lived most of their married life in Leadmine, raising their three children. In 1982, they moved to East Dubuque, Illinois. Donald preceded her in death on August 31, 1999. Dorothy was united in marriage to Henry “Hank” Schroeder. He preceded her in death on November 5, 2013.

Dorothy and Hank loved to go dancing several times a week. She also enjoyed tending her flower beds and loved spending time with her family, often telling stories of the past. Dorothy had many dear friends and cherished her time with them.

Dorothy is survived by one son, Timothy Voss, Shullsburg, WI; seven grandchildren; her great-grandchildren; a special niece, Alice (Dennis) Stillmuckes; a special nephew, John Evanoff; and several other nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by three children, Sandra Goecks, Anna Monahan, and Richard (Veronica) Voss; a granddaughter, Megan Molzof; and a sister, Betty (Jack) Evanoff.
