Cuba City, Wisconsin Gaye M. Peacock, 80, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Southwest Health Center Hospital in Platteville. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 5, 2015, at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City with Rev. Daniel Verdegan officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 10-10:45 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Gaye was born on September 10, 1935, in Mineral Point, Wisconsin, the daughter of Roy and Lavern (Crapp) Jones. She owned and operated Gaye's Cafe in Cuba City for about 10 years. Survivors include a daughter, Gail L. (Donald) McWilliams, of Cuba City; a son, Merlyn Duane Cook, of Benton; a brother, Leroy Jones, of Platteville; three grandchildren, Chad Dolan, Aaron McWilliams and Ryan Cook; and six great-grandchildren, Kyleigh and Ryann Dolan, and Kaiden, Tiergan, Brahm and Ashling McWilliams. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Linda Erickson, Corinne King and Evelyn Deets; and three brothers, Russell Jones, Ronnie Jones and Nelson Jones. A Gaye M. Peacock Memorial Fund has been established.
