Joan S. Richter

Fennimore, Wisconsin Joan S. Richter, 82, of Fennimore, Wisconsin, died Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Good Samaritan Home in Fennimore. Graveside services will be held for both Joan and her sister, Joretta Krogen, at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the Boscobel Cemetery in Boscobel. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Joan was born on March 26, 1935, in Richland Center, Wisconsin, the daughter of Theron and Norma (Stowell) Haney. Survivors include a daughter, Kristie (Rich) Wagner, of Lancaster; two sons, Kurt (Jill) Richter, of Rochester, MN, and Kelley Richter, of Boscobel; two grandchildren, Heather and Nicole Richter, both of Boscobel; and a brother-in-law, Roland Krogen, of Boscobel.
