Joe was born in Cuba City, Wisconsin, on August 2, 1977, the son of Merlin “Murph” and Connie (Schuchart) Brown. He married the former Kim Howes Kennicker on September 17, 2005. Joe liked riding his Harley, playing euchre, fishing, camping, playing with Olivia, and working on cars. He also enjoyed darts, hanging out at Bob’s garage, and spending time with his daughter, his wife and boys, and other family and friends. He was a jack of all trades. Along with his brother Johnny, he enjoyed snow plowing and cutting grass. Joe enjoyed cooking and grilling, especially making his “master bean soup” for Grandpa Schuchart. Survivors include his wife, Kim, of Benton, Wisconsin; a daughter, Jillian Eastlick, of Leadmine, Wisconsin; two step sons, Nicholas and Nathan Kennicker, both at home; his mother, Connie Brown, of Benton; a sister, Jodi (Jason) Helin, and nieces, Amber, Jennifer, and one on the way, of Dodgeville, Wisconsin; a brother, Johnny (Sonya Hoag) Brown, and niece, Olivia, of Benton; his maternal grandparents, Edward (Maxine) Schuchart, of Cuba City; hsi paternal grandmother, Thelma Brown, of Benton; his mother and father-in-law, Tom and Linda Howes, of Dubuque, Iowa; a brother-in-law, Kevin (Sabrina) Howes and five children, of Nora Springs, Iowa; and also aunts, uncles, and cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his father Merlin (Murph) Brown; his grandmother, Betty Schuchart; his grandfather, Emanuel “Buster” Brown; his uncle, Donnie Brown; his cousins, Christopher and Bradley Schuchart; and his godfather, Roger McNett.
