Platteville, Wisconsin Judith A. Wallenhorst, 73, of Platteville, Wisconsin, formerly of Potosi, died Friday, November 20, 2015, at Southwest Health Center Hospital in Platteville. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Dickeyville with Rev. Bernard Rott officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30-11:15 a.m. Wednesday at the church before the service. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Judith was born on August 1, 1942, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of Fred and Ethel (Eigenberger) Hosier. She married Ralph E. Wallenhorst on July 13, 1968, at St. Mary's Church in Dubuque. She worked for ARA Food Services. Judith enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling. In her younger years she bowled. Judith was a member of UAW Local #13. Survivors include her husband, Ralph; a daughter, Elaine (Mark) Wenig, of Oak Creek, Wisconsin; two sons, Ronald (Lynn) Wallenhorst, of Oahu, Hawaii, and Joseph (Annette) Wallenhorst, of Milwaukee; five grandchildren, Jamie Lynn (Christopher) Armstrong, Tadaji Wallenhorst, Taylor Wenig, Benjamin Wallenhorst and Marjorie Wallenhorst; a great-granddaughter, Tiana Armstrong; and a brother John (Margie) Hosier, of Dubuque. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three sisters, Martha Wilson, Margaret Stacy and Elaine Hosier. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Diabetes Association.
