Linda L. Shepherd

Cuba City, Wisconsin Linda L. Shepherd, 67, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Sunday, February 17, 2019, at home. Memorial Services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2019, at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Friends may call from 10-11:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home before the service. Linda was born on October 6, 1951, in Joliet, Illinois, the daughter of George and Thelma (Meadors) Hutchinson. Linda graduated from Lockport Township High School in Lockport, IL. She married William A. "Bill" Shepherd on August 2, 1969, at Homer Congregational Church in Lockport, Illinois. She worked as a cashier at the Belmont Mini Mart. Linda was a talented seamstress, making American Girl clothing and other sewing crafts. She also enjoyed baking, cooking, camping and fishing. Survivors include her husband, William "Bill", Cuba City; two daughters, Kelly Shepherd, Platteville, and Dana (Mitch) Farra, Green Bay; four grandchildren, CJ and Kylie Fankhauser and Sydney and Jenna Farra; and two sisters, Judy (Gary) Herr, Viroqua, and Donna Jontas, Cuba City. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Thelma; a brother, Bill; and a sister, Nancy Hye.
