Cuba City, Wisconsin Lois A. Junk, 68, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Friday, May 24, 2019, at home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at St. Rose of Lima Church in Cuba City with Rev. David Flanagan officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cuba City. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be at 3:45 p.m. Friends may also call from 9-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the church before the service. Lois was born on March 17, 1951, in Boscobel, Wisconsin, the daughter of Clarence H. and Alida L. (Adkins) Ward. She married Kenneth Junk on September 7, 1968, at Immaculate Conception Church in Boscobel. She worked at Dick's Supermarket in Platteville and Reese’s Plumbing & Heating and Thompson’s IGA both in Cuba City. Lois enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, antiquing and knitting. She was a member of the Cuba City Rescue Squad and Cuba City Lions Club. Survivors include her husband, Ken; two daughters, Stacey (Tim) Allendorf, Shullsburg, WI, and Kenda (Scott) Weber, Colona, IL; her grandchildren, Bailey and Logan Weber, Garrett and Kennedy Allendorf, and Joleeza and Jebadiah Rice; six sisters, Rose (Robert) Bohringer, Cassville, WI, Jeanette Ward, Nampa, ID, Sharon (Harold) Wolter, Dubuque, IA, Denise Robinette and Debra Perkins, both of Jacksonville, FL, and Julia Holman, Freemont, NE; and two brothers, Vernon (Phylis Taft) Ward, Sun Prairie, WI, and Chester Ward, Virginia Beach, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, Milo; a niece, Roberta Bohringer; and a nephew, Steven Wolter. A Lois A. Junk Memorial Fund has been established.
