Marita Mary Morgan

Cuba City, Wisconsin Marita M. Morgan, 92, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Friday, November 3, 2017, at Epione Pavillion, in Cuba City. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cuba City, with Rev. David Flanagan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be held at 4:45 p.m. Friends may also call from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the church before the service. She was born on October 10, 1925, the daughter of August and Rachel (Dixon) Becker, in Cuba City. She married Charles Morgan in 1953, and he preceded her in death in 1997. Marita loved taking care of her animals, and enjoyed helping at the Veterinary Office. She loved traveling and especially vacations with her family. She also enjoyed cooking for her family. Marita is survived by three sons, Terry (Carol), Tim (Lanette), and Tom (Janice) Morgan, all of Cuba City; three sisters, Carolyn Goedken, of Dubuque, Geri Wilson, of Hazel Green, and Patricia (Lyle) Heiderscheit, of Epworth, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Nancy Becker, of Hazel Green; a brother-in-law, Don (Dianne) Morgan, of Largo, Florida; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Charlotte; her parents; a sister, Dorothy Klein; three brothers, August, Delvin, and Forest Becker; a sister-in-law, Marion Becker; and three brothers-in-law, Cyril Klein, Bill Wilson, and Howard (Coker) Morgan. A Marita M. Morgan Memorial Fund has been established.
