Platteville, Wisconsin Mary E. NeCollins, 94, of Platteville, Wisconsin, formerly of Cuba City, died Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Gray's Nursing Home in Platteville. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cuba City with Rev. David Flanagan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the church before the service. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Mary was born on May 8, 1923, in Cuba City, Wisconsin, the daughter of Robert and Mary Ann (Cullen) Coulthard. She married James R. NeCollins on May 20, 1947, at Our Lady of Hope Church in Seymour. He preceded her in death on June 15, 2010. They farmed in Seymour Township from 1950 to 1976. In 1977, they moved to Cuba City. Mary was the Seymour Township Treasurer for a number of years. She belonged to the Lafayette Homemakers Club for 45 years. Mary enjoyed crocheting and quilting. Survivors include nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jane Hoppenjan; a brother, Emmet Coulthard; a brother-in-law, Francis Hoppenjan; and a sister-in-law, Edna Coulthard. She also was preceeded in death by nephews, Richard Coulthard, and Emmet and Melvin Hoppenjan; and nieces, Mary Ann Coulthard, Nancy Boge, and Janet Marie Budden.
