Nancy L. Sullivan

Platteville, Wisconsin Nancy L. Sullivan, 72, of Platteville, Wisconsin, died Monday, March 6, 2017, at Manor Care Health Services in Platteville. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2017, at St. Francis de Sales Church in Hazel Green with Rev. Kenneth Frisch officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Nancy was born on March 20, 1944, in Hazel Green, Wisconsin, the daughter of Walter and Elizabeth (Stockel) Wubben. Throughout her life Nancy was a die hard Cubs fan. She also was a loving mother and a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren. For many years she was a secretary at Southwestern High School. In her spare time Nancy enjoyed watching all sports, but especially the Packers and Badgers. She was an avid reader who loved candy, but most of all circus peanuts and cotton candy. Survivors include her son, Eric (Sue Ann) Sullivan, of Platteville; two brothers, Melvin Wubben, of Ada, Michigan, and William "Willie" (Betsy) Wubben, of Hazel Green; a sister, Marie Geiger, of Madison; and two grandsons, Evan and Easton. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorraine Wubben and Alice Fitzgerald, and two brothers, LeRoy and LaVerne Wubben. The family would like to thank Manor Care of Platteville and Upland Hills Hospice of Dodgeville for their care.
