Dickeyville, Wisconsin Pauline R. Kieler, 76, of Dickeyville, died Monday, January 23, 2012, at Ingleside Nursing Home in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2012, at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City with Rev. Bernard Rott officiating. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Cemetery in Dickeyville. Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Pauline was born on October 21, 1935, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of John and Stella (Molony) Friederick. She married Harold R. "Hank" Kieler on June 9, 1958 at St. Joseph's on the Prairie Church. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2003. Pauline worked in food service at Clarke College and UW-Platteville. Pauline enjoyed traveling, being with her children and grandchildren, bowling, playing cards with friends, trips to the casino and fish frys on Friday nights. In her younger years she enjoyed dancing. Pauline was a member of Holy Ghost Church and the Christian Mothers. Survivors include three daughters, Pam (Rick) Laufenberg, of Littleton, Colorado, Patricia (Todd) Gordon, of Gurnee, Illinois, and Peggy (David) Heisch, of Mount Horeb; a son, Kim Kieler, of Mount Horeb; a sister, Jean Mausser, of Epworth, Iowa, a brother-in-law, Leonard Wiederholt, of Dubuque; and eight grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Keith, three sisters, Mary, Stella and Eleanor; and a brother, Rev. John Friederick. A Pauline Kieler Memorial Fund has been established. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Ingleside Living Communities in Mount Horeb.
