Cuba City, Wisconsin Rosemary Stutenberg, 92, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at Southwest Health Center Nursing Home in Cuba City. Memorial services and burial will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2012, at the Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk, Iowa. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City is in charge of arrangements. Rosemary was born on May 3, 1919, in Wayland, Missouri, the daughter of Harvey D. and Katie M. (Blaise) Elbe. She married Delbert Harrison Stutenberg on February 23, 1946, in Kahoka, Missouri. He preceded her in death in 1985. Rosemary was a member of Our Lady of the River Catholic Church in LeClaire and was proud of being a choir member. She was a devoted homemaker and dearly loved her family. Survivors include a son, Delbert "Mark" (Mary Joan) Stutenberg, of Cuba City; two brothers, Eugene Elbe, of Blue Grass, Iowa, and Albert Elbe, of Keokuk, Iowa; two grandchildren, Matt (Loran) Stutenberg, of LeClaire, Iowa, and Kevin (Mandy) Stutenberg, of Des Plaines, Illinois; two great-grandchildren, Dominik and Lia Rose; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters-in-law, Frieda Elbe and Vera Elbe.
