Benton, Wisconsin Vincent F. “Vince” Pinch, 94, of Benton, Wisconsin, died Sunday, November 6, 2011, at home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at St. Patrick’s Church in Benton with Rev. David Flanagan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with military rites accorded. Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be at 2:45 p.m. Friends may also call from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home before the service. Vince was born on October 7, 1917, in Hazel Green Township, the son of Frank and Rosie (Wiegman) Pinch. He married Dorothy Miller on October 14, 1947 at St. Mary’s Church in Dubuque. Vince served in the Army during World War II. He farmed near Cuba City for forty years. Vince was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Benton and the Benton VFW. He raised four children and twelve grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; three daughters, Susan (Michael) Kies, of Fairfax, Iowa, Sharon (Kim) Douvikas, of Hanover, Illinois, and Shirley Painter, of New Market, Virginia; a son, James (Donna) Pinch, of Cuba City; two sisters, Lelia Timmerman, of Cuba City, and Rosalyn Schonoff, of Galena, Illinois; a sister-in-law, Jean Pinch, of Platteville; twelve grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Elmer and Francis; a sister, Marie; and three brothers-in-law, Urban Schonoff, Linus Timmerman and Martin Dunn.
