Wilma was born on August 31, 1933, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of Anton and Idella (Dalsing) Jansen. She married Robert “Bob” Wiegman on February 19, 1955, at Immaculate Conception Church in Kieler. Wilma loved spending time with her family and friends, traveling, fishing and going to the shows in Branson. She always remembered everyone by sending cards for all occasions. Wilma was a devoted Catholic. She was a member of the Council of Catholic Women. Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob”; three daughters, Sharon Scully and Susan Wiegman, both of Dubuque, and Kathy (Don) Schroeder, of Dickeyville; four grandchildren, Rachel, John, Katie and Charlie; and a special friend who was like a sister, Gloria Wallenhorst, of Dickeyville. She was preceded in death by her parents and a stillborn son. A special thank you to Dr. Manzel, Dr. Whalen, all other care providers, all nurses, clinical support staff and Kmart Pharmacy Staff for years of care and compassion. Also thank you to Mercy Medical Center and the Tri State Dialysis Staff.
